Don't judge me...I saw Norbit. The whole thing. I was weak and it was late and on HBO and I was hoping for a laugh.
I actually laughed a number of times. Those laughs came when I allowed myself to forget that any of the jokes here were jokes that Eddie Murphy hasn't already used before. For how much longer is a grossly-obese person passing gas going to be funny?
No sense in critiquing the film...it's not worth it. Suffice it to say that I laughed more than I expected to. Maybe it's the meds.
